On SATURDAY, September 12th, YEAH YEAH YEAHS are headlining the 2009 Monolith Festival!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so excited. I saw Karen O & co. a few years ago, and let’s just say I had to find a new face afterwards because it was literally melted off. She’s sooo intense and talented on stage and I can’t wait to see her kickin’ it at Red Rocks. YUSSSSSSSSSS!!! I already bought my 2-day pass, so I’m all set to go. Now I just have to wait and see who’s headlining on Sunday. I wish it were September already! So far it’s me, Bri, Katie, and Jonesy. Hopefully Nick and Dominic come too, and maybe Kurtis will come with us again. What a great group, I’M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monolith round 2 is going to be uh-mazing.
